Terms of Service
These terms of service set out the rules for using the iDARIS website and for placing inquiries and orders for iDARIS products.
1. General provisions
The owner of the website and seller of the products is iDARIS, ul. Towarowa 8, 89-600 Chojnice, email: kontakt@idaris.pl, phone: 692 200 800 (hereinafter the "Seller"). These terms set out the rules for using the site and for placing inquiries and orders for iDARIS products.
2. Definitions
- Seller — iDARIS, details as above.
- Customer — an individual or entity placing an inquiry or order through the contact form or by phone.
- Product — the iDARIS motorcycle gear organizer, available in the Stealth Black and Racing Red variants.
- Form — the contact form available on the site, used to submit a product inquiry.
3. How to place an order
Orders can only be placed by phone at 692 200 800 or through the contact form on the site. Submitting the form does not constitute concluding a sales agreement — it is an inquiry, based on which the Seller will contact the Customer to arrange the details of the order (variant, quantity, delivery time and method, and payment). The sales agreement is concluded once both parties individually confirm the order.
4. Prices and payment
Product prices are set individually and communicated to the Customer during phone or email contact. At this stage the site does not support online payment — the payment method and timing are arranged individually when confirming the order.
5. Order fulfillment and delivery
Order fulfillment time is set individually and depends on current product availability and the chosen variant. The delivery method (courier, personal pickup) is arranged with the Customer when confirming the order.
6. Complaints
The Customer has the right to file a complaint about a purchased product by email (kontakt@idaris.pl) or phone (692 200 800). The complaint should describe the defect and the expected resolution. The Seller handles complaints within 14 days of receipt. Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under the Polish Civil Code.
7. Right of withdrawal
A Customer who is a consumer and has entered into a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act. To exercise this right, it is enough to inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email).
8. Intellectual property
The content, photos, descriptions, and graphic elements on the site are the property of iDARIS or are used with the permission of their rightful owners and are protected by copyright. Copying or distributing them without the Seller's consent is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
The Seller makes every effort to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but is not liable for interruptions to the site's operation caused by technical reasons beyond the Seller's control.
10. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. These terms may be amended — the current version is always available on this page.
